TRX Handstand Press. This is an advanced movement for people who enjoy a challenge :)

Strap length: Mid Calf.

In prone position, start with your feet about 1 foot in front of your anchor point. Drive the top of your feet into your foot cradles and transfer your weight to your upper body. Keep tension in the straps throughout the entire movement. #TRXTraining #TRXSuspensionTraining
